Well, been here for a while but need to kick up my game by putting more screen time in here less on CCF. All my Corvair technical heroes, Ken, Mel, Al, etc. have made the move it looks like. Cannot do without their wisdom. Yes, I'm keeping my CORSA subscription....

Now, being a techie numbers guy, I am putting out a challenge to myself and others to flip the numbers around between CCF and CF. In other words more posts, topics, members, etc. than CCF
Below is how the two stand as of lunch time today (gotta do something while I eat )

MtnVairMike, while there are more registered forum members over on CCF, have you ever looked at the pages and pages of member names and seen how many with ZERO posts there are?
If all the people who have never posted, or haven't posted in over a year were to be taken off the role sheet, there would likely be less than 500 active members.
Since the Great Hijacking took place, many of the great ones have left.
It is truly sad.
The activity level in the past was so high that a thread that was started could end up on the second page by evening.
Now days, it is a real miracle if it even moves down five slots on the front page, after FIVE DAYS!

I just dont get how one prick has so much power to can those that he doesnt like and doesnt have to answer to anyone when doing things that create so much unecessary friction that it makes the bigger organization look bad and lose folks over a stupid pissing match.

That’s correct! I’ve been part of CCF since 2005 (19 years?) and it’s been up and down like any hobby related thing but I’m happy to see some activity over here! :)

Good to see ya here Mel. Ive read a lot of your posts over there. I do a lot of reading not posting. But im here daily.
It would be nice to see CF grow and be more active.
I know of a few more members that are top of the chain when it comes to Corvairs that would be nice to see here, like Steve.
