Im not possitive but i think in forth gear and 13" tires at 3k was about 70mph. So i guess im somewhere in that area.

Sounds like i will be running from 2k to 4k on a regular basis and be safe. Maybe a bit more when playing.

Im now wondering how different it is going to be when i bring it here to 6500ft elevation. I bet it dont run as quickly as it does now in CA at less than 1k in elevation.
