Stereo Box Install

First time I attempted anything like this. I had to call Crutchfield a lot but they have excellent customer service, and they were a big help. I have some errors to correct, but I finally have some sound in my car.

For some reason the previous owner put 2X4's under the packing tray. I removed them, wire brushed and sanded, and then applied a nice coat of POR-15 signal red. I built the box myself(with help) and the carpet is from Clark's.

Looks good. I did the same with my back seat area. I should have painted it before laying down the Kilmat, though.

Thank you! I debated whether I should or shouldn't. Like one of my friends said, "No one going to see it" He's right, but I'll still know.. ::-):
