In case you were wondering how the dry flaking was done, this little quick video shows me dry flaking the drivers door. The primer gun has clear lacquer in it. The strange looking gun ( flake gun for doing garage floors) is filled with flake. You can hear the short bursts of air throwing out the flake

A few times I have questioned why I like Corvairs. I remember my Dad having a 1961 coupe. Trying to picture it was always hard because I do not remember how long he had it but I don’t think it was very long.This picture is probably 1964 or 65
I found this today and just had to add it to my thread.
