Had some time before Work tonight ( Still doing that ), and worked on the Front.
Front Bumper 001 (800x600).jpg
The front seemed much easier, maybe a little more room.

Well, that's all for now, working midnight's and turning COLD again.

Much Gooder Now.
Small Projects 005 (800x600).jpg
But one of the holes for the "C" on the passenger side seems to large. Any Ideas ?

Time to start on the headlight bezels................ :partydance:

First, strip the anodizing, and what did't work...........
Headlight Bezels 001 (800x600).jpg
Items that didn't work,

Cheap oven cleaner ( Wife had some in the basement )
Draino
Sulfuric acid
Greased Lighting
Headlight Bezels 004 (800x600).jpg
What DID work,

Easy Off, Yellow Can............

Then sand 400,600,800,1000 and then 1500 twice..........

Followed Up with Polishing.
Headlight Bezels 006 (800x600).jpg
Left to Right, old bezel, stripped and sanded, and starting to polish. :banghead:

Just started the polishing, but the difference reminds me of a saying from Grandpa,,,,,,,,

" Shines like a diamond in a goats a$$ "
