61 Rampside runs for about 30 seconds then dies
As seen in the title my 61 Rampside runs for about 30 seconds then dies. i did find that my accelerator pump was faulty and replaced that but the engine still dies after about 30 seconds. it is getting fuel from the pump and the inside of the carb is clean. any suggestions?

You need to determine if the reason it dies is electrical or fuel starvation, or an excessively slow idle speed.
What happens upon a restart attempt after it dies? Does it start immediately or need continuous cranking before it starts?

The electrical wire between the points and the coil negative terminal could be faulty. The ballast resistor wire could be bad, causing a high resistance if it overheats. Or the wiring harness electrical multi-connector could be loose or corroded, causing an electrical fault inside the plastic housing. A multimeter may reveal a fault.
Also check the fuel pump for both pressure and fuel delivery volume, as described in the shop manual.

Could be flooding as well, too lean or too rich can cause a stall.
