Our club took a trip to the Victorville Route 66 Museum Yesterday.
Only five Corvairs made it out but it was a good time. We went to Sonic after the museum and met up with another one of our members who just go this Vair running and he was extremely happy to be out driving it. Here's a few pics.

The kids had a good time, I made it a home-school field trip for them AND a club event for me. Woo Hoo!

I totally forgot to take some pics over at Sonic.
You can actually copy and paste the thread to Facebook too and then choose the picture to go in the thumbnail. Our club website has a "share on facebook" link at the bottom of the sidebars too.

Very cool Scott. It's great to have the kids see what we had to deal with as kids. Rotary dial phones, 8 track players for the home. HA HA HA. Some good stuff there. I'm going to have to try and make it there one of these days.
