Is there anyway to trace ownership or history of Corvair by

Is there anyway to find out history of ownership of my Corvair.

If you know the state in which it was titled then in some states you can request a title history. They may not give you any names of owners, but at least you would know the dates of titling. If it moved from state to state then perhaps if you knew the most recent state you could find out where the title was transferred from and work backwards from there.
