Nothing like having a fresh steak after working on Vairs

Post by Butcher&Vairs »

Alright, Corvair freaks !
This is Butcher&Vairs, I thought I 'd share this with you guys. Just went hunting the other morning , freaking cold, I did not catch a damn thing, so I decided to shoot one of my steers, the funny thing is that I shot it right in the head ,but it didn't go down, instead it took off running, man, I was like"what the ... ?" You should have seen it , man, I am running like an idiot after him, anyhow, you would have had to be there! What a rush ! So, anyway, I drove one of my Vairs to drag it back to the shop to hang it, so you see, IT IS a Corvair story  Man, those steaks tasted good after a hard day in the Vair shop ! Alright, keep them rolling, freaks , peace out !

Hey Raf, Mike McCrae here...I built those headers for you that you sent to England....well have I got the vehicle for you...look down to "other Corvair powered vehicles" and see the article I posted on the Gamma Goat....you can use it to chase down all those poor critters anywhere they run....hah!
(God will punish me for this)

:rafman: No, man, I wish, it was a young heiffer, and I couldn't use the rack, even at that size, it's too heavy , I dragged and hoisted it with the chain. good steaks, man, I ate some for 2 weeks, breakfast , lunch and dinner... Peace out !

Yummy !

I remember years ago when there was a beef glut and the grocery stores were selling " Baby Beef" .

Many people were put off by the idea of eating a baby cow but it was great.

I've eaten Bambi a few times too , melts in your mouth.
