Whats wrong with this picture?

Post by 60vair »

I have been working on my brother's 60 coupe that had recently had a complete paint job done at a professional body shop.
This is what I came across when attempting to replace front bumper.

So not only did they not paint the center bracket but they installed the bolts from the nut side...hmmm...their tech was either hung over or not too bright.

That looks alot better, I know a body shop you could get a job in. ggg :rolling:
Although I guess it not that funny. Just frustrating.

Next time you should maybe try your hand at painting it. I don't think it's as difficult as people think. Nobody cares about your car like you do (usually). I painted one of my cars and it turned out well! It took a year and a half though. I just read and re-read the body and paint book over and over (great bathroom book).
