Corvair Hubcaps - Who Refurbishes These?

I've a bunch of hubcaps. Haven't found a perfect set yet. Still, every nut has a squirrel. Who actively refurbishes these?

A metal polishing shop can repair dents and polish like new. However it's not cheap. I had 5 Early style wire wheel covers in 14 inch size done for Dainer's Rampside. I removed the wire basket spokes prior to polishing. They came out perfect,however the cost was just over $425.
