When did Corsa stop sending out membership cards?

Found this in my dads filing cabinet at the shop, Nice Corsa membership card, the last 2 times I joined I got nothing! Not even a Thank you or welcome letter, If I am elected I will insist on bringing welcome letters and membership cards back! :tu:

I think I still have my membership card but I have no idea how long I've had it. It's getting pretty long in the tooth.
