Early versus late model

Post by Jgarner454 »

I am helping my 84 year old father work on his 64 (I think). We are reinstalling the back glass in his 2 door coupe. However I am reading things about early and late model differences but I’m not sure which is which. Can some please clarify??

Also, rear window install. Bottom of glass goes in first, right?

Early is 64 and before. Late is 65-69. rear glass install instructions can be found here https://www.corvair.org/chapters/corvan ... ody-64.pdf

Thank you. Apparently it is a 63. The 64 is the convertible in the garage.
