I put this in the introduction forum but thought I would stick it in here also.
I am considering a '64 convertible. I would like a '64 because that is the year I graduated and a convertible because I like convertibles.
I would be looking for a roadworthy car capable of everyday use and a few short trips. Is this a feasible expectation for these models? I don't have a fortune to invest but I would like a decent car. What are the things I should look for and what should I be wary of?
My daily driver is now a '51 Chevy so I am aware of problems of driving the oldies.
I am new to Corvairs so any and all advice appreciated.
Thanks, Pete

It really isn't necessary to post the same question in multiple sections of the Corvair Forum. The website automatically lists and identifies new posts, so your initial post in Introductions will be seen by all who frequently browse the Corvair Forum.
