Yeah those are simply cheap parts store wheel covers, they have nothing to do with the lugs underneath.
Corvair guy since 1982. I have personally restored at least 20 Vairs, many of them restored ground up.
Currently working full time repairing Corvairs and restoring old cars.

A friend had an 80's F-150 with 7-lug wheel covers. That caused some head scratching!
