Where i put axle oil??

Just checked my dipstick and my axle oil is empty. What kind should I use? I also could not find a place to put it in

Your shop manual shows this info. SAE80w-90 gear oil. MUST NOT BE GL5 spec GL3-4 is ok. Fill port is on the left upper side of the differential just below the starter. Plug has a 5/8" square nut on it for removal. Add gear oil until it runs out the fill plug hole. let drip until it is a slow drip (not overfull), re-install plug.
Corvair guy since 1982. I have personally restored at least 20 Vairs, many of them restored ground up.
Currently working full time repairing Corvairs and restoring old cars.
