Welcome to the new Corsa President! Paul Sergeant.

Paul Writes:
Hello folks,
I’ve been in lurking mode on VV for quite some time. I did not make it to the
VV meeting in Kalamazoo due to prior engagement. I thought I’d add a couple of
points of clarification to those who had not yet heard.

There was a CORSA BOD meeting on the convention schedule. Although those of us
who were there did meet, we did not have a quorum. The officers were elected
through an email vote before the convention. With technology the way it is
these days, it’s a lot easier to get things done via conference calls and email
than it used to be.

Your CORSA officers for the coming year are;
President – Paul Sergeant (yours truly)
VP – Mike Hall
Secretary – Sarah Bruce
Treasurer – Ken Hand.

I sincerely thank Jason Cesana for his excellent service as last year’s
President. He did an awesome job and we accomplished some great things.

I have a number of things on my mind that I’d like to put in motion this year.
Many surrounding attracting and keeping new members. I will elaborate on those
as we discuss them on the BOD.

Please feel free to email me directly with your thoughts and suggestions about
the organization. I am anxious to hear your thoughts and ideas on future of
CORSA.

Enjoy the Corvair!

Hello Folks,
I just joined Corvairforum. Give me some time to get familiar with this place and I'll probably visit fairly often.

(I don't quite have my sig. set up yet).

:welcome2: Image  Welcome to the Corvair Forum!!!

Congratulations on your position as the new CORSA President! It is great to see you here on the Corvair Forum. Perhaps you will find this Forum will serve you well as a platform to exchange ideas and opinions with this large Corvair group. I know that I have actively encouraged new members of the Forum -- often who are new Corvair owners or who are actively looking to become Corvair owners -- to seek out and join local CORSA chapters as a great way to get started and to learn about their Corvairs and to grow their Corvair knowledge. CORSA members have even helped Corvair Forum members in places like England and Italy to search for a Corvair acquisition in the USA for export overseas. We have seen interest in CORSA growing in Europe and South Africa, and the Corvair Forum often serves as an information exchange platform that serves to promote local CORSA activity too.

Hopefully you will find the Corvair Forum useful in promoting CORSA ideas and in getting feedback too. Glad to see you here! :tu:
