'65-'66 Corsa dash with electric clock, you can tell by
the cylinder HT guage and tach.

Actually, that looks specifically like a 65 Corsa dash. Only 1965 had the thin silver line around the perimeter. In 1966 the perimeter was all black and only the gauge holes were lined in silver.
