If I am not mistaken the Saturn's had electric assist rack and pinion steering.

The only car I have seen with it was a picture David Clemens posted on Facebook. It will not fit under the dash. Fitting it in the front requires cutting of the trunk and modifications to the gas tank. Here is the picture.
