Anyone have a photo or diagram of the routing of the rubber fuel lines on the gas tank for a 65 Corsa Turbo.
Last person who replaced them did a poor job and I don't think the lines are routed correctly. I have the Kit from Clarks that includes the T for the return line but need some help getting it right. Also, what is the size of the hose that connects to the smaller tube on the filler. All the lines Clarks
sent are not big enough.
I have the factory assembly page but it doesn't really shoe the lines very well.
Thanks
Bob

Re: LM turbo fuel tank lines
1. For a long time the rubber "T"s were worthless, failed in a year or so. I started doing the 68/9 trick of soldering a nipple onto the fuel filler neck to connect to the return line. They might be better now, but I stopped buying them years ago.
2. Return line is 3/16".
3. Stock "T" goes in the 1/2" vent line between the tank and the filler neck.
4. Return line hose goes from side of "T" to steel return line and from steel return line to fuel filter.
5. Feed line from fuel sender to engine fuel pump is 5/16".
Wait a minute. ram and Bob? How are you doing, NVCC Bob?

Re: LM turbo fuel tank lines
I have attached some sections of the 1965 Corvair Assembly Manual that specifically look at the fuel system. The entire manual is too large to upload to the Corvair Forum as a single Adobe Reader (.pdf) file. I took a few minutes and subdivided the entire 1965 Corvair Assembly Manual into four equal segments to reduce the file sizes to less than 20 MB each, which will permit it to be uploaded to the Corvair Forum website. All four segments are attached below, to provide you with a complete copy of the 1965 Corvair Assembly Manual - Parts 1 thru 4. I hope this manual will provide you with the details you need.

California Corvair Parts has a metal Tee instead of the rubber one.
