EM fender repair

Hello, I am repairing some rust holes along the nose above the EM fenders. Should I weld the metal piece or is there another more aesthetic and effective way? Thanks.

Welding steel patches always better than plastics. Can you show a picture of the holes? :chevy:

I've always thought those eyebrows would be a difficult repair without having donor pieces from good fenders to weld in.
It's not something I'm very good at so I'd like to read about what you do.
