'66 Corsa : Cigar Lighter No Fuse ?

Am I correct that the Corvair do NOT have a fuse for the cigar lighter ? How is the electrical system protected from a defective cigar lighter drawing high current ?

It isn't protected. I think they added a fuse in '68?
157 Corvairs, 5 Ultravans and counting
