Restoring hubcap center dish

Post by Corvaircar »

I am trying to restore my original hubcaps. Has anyone found a product to spray on the back of the plastic centres to make them look half good again. Mines were faded in places and looked crappy. I managed to clean them up fairly good and would like to know if anyone has some insight as to what would look uniform, don't need to dazzle, just want to have a consistent finish.

About all you can do is silver (argent) spray paint from behind. carefully brush in the black areas first if needed. Use black paint thinned to run in the crevices where it belongs.
