Hubcaps

Unread post by gbryant92 » Mon Nov 20, 2017 12:43 pm

Im new here and would like to ask some questions as I have just bought my first Corvair. I'm an avid hot-rodder and have always been a Volkswagen guy and while out tire kicking I came across a nice '62 Monza. Its a 2 door hardtop with 42,000 original miles 4 speed and it runs and drives like a champ. And lucky for me the seller and I agreed on a price and I brought the car home. It has a newer paintjob and all new interior and the wife and I have had a blast putting around in it on the weekends.

My question is are their any avaliable centercaps that will fit on my original 62 wheels? The car has the original Monza 900 hubcaps on it but I would like to take them off and paint the wheels car color with a nice white wall tire and a moon style chrome center cap. So I guess my question is what caps will fit my wheels if any? And where can I find a set?

I see them on E-Bay quite a bit but baby moons look good with black rims & whitewalls. :tu:
