Rampside hatches replacement bolts

Does anyone have any idea what size or type of Dzus fasteners can be used to replace the bolts on the engine and transmission hatches? Of course they'd need to be rust proof too.

Corventure Dave on the other forum used stainless steel flanged button head Allen socket head cap screws from McMaster Carr. 5/16 X 1/2 in long.
He also got the small ones for the side tins. Same stainless with flange button head allen.
