trans will leak out about a quart of fluid if it sits 3-4 days if driven daily doesn't leak at all and can't see where its leaking from any ideas

Solution involves heavy cleaning of the engine, trans and differential. Put the vehicle up on jack stands high enough you can slide under on a creeper.
Clean and clean and clean again until there is no residual fluid anywhere.

Let it sit for a few days, with some white paper under the trans and differential area. The paper will give indications of where to look. Then with a good light, use the creeper to crawl under and spot the source of the leak.

Seems like a fun project. (have done it several times over the years)
