Gas heater fuel line
So the pressure fitting on the fuel line from the gas tank for the heater on my 60' has busted and it looks like I'm gonna have to make my own piece. Can anyone please help me out and point me in the right direction in either a replacement or an alternative
Thanks guys

I would use NiCop. Easy to bend and never rusts.

Re: Gas heater fuel line
This seems to be the line from the engine. I am in need of the one that goes from the gas tank
Re: Gas heater fuel line
Just went thru this a few weeks ago. Clark's doesn't have that line for the heater, I tried to get one from them and had to finally call to get an answer. They kept telling me the line mentioned above.
The only choice is if anyone has a good one or buy the line and make your own. Clark's does list a line kit that you have to bend and such yourself.
I had one that was pretty new on a parts car but was plugged up. I managed to clean it out and flush it out and am going to use it. If it hadn't been for that, I would have made my own.
I asked Clark's if the fuel return line for the late models would work, since it runs back to the tank but they didn't know if it would work or not. But I would almost think it could be made to work. But I've never seen a late return line to know.
Have you called some other vendors to see, like corvair ranch or?
Good luck

Sorry your pics didn't show up until after I posted my response.
Only a chance is that you might find a used one. I had one but mine was buggered up and I used the spare I had. And the old one isn't of any use.
Good luck

Get it in 3/16. It bends by hand without kinking, never rusts, and is easy to flare. I did my whole brake plumbing with it and will be using it for my heater as well.

Try a good hardware store, they may be able to match the fitting with a copper tubing & flair the tubing for you. Take to old one with you!!
