Greenbrier tie rod end for kit

On page 157 of the catalog http://www.corvair.com/user-cgi/catalog ... w_page=157 item number 7 the substitute steering link P/N: C2372.
My van has this shorter tie rod end with extension and not the stock 15" one.

My question is does any one have a part number for just the tie rod end? I called clarks and they say I need to buy a whole new kit for $212.80
I don't need the extension rod just the tie rod.
I can't see spending $212 for a tie rod that should cost $15.

If no one can provide a replacement part number I will remove it and try to get a close match at the local auto zone.

But it would be much easier to have a number.
