Well it has been a while since I have done an update. Haven't really touched the car since last year because I started a new job and I travel constantly.

Regardless, I have been on the lookout for a decent set of wheels and I just happened to have a friend who had a set of the IROC-Z 16x8 wheels. He sold them to me for $200. They have a set of snow tires on them, but they will get some new tires at some point. Luckily there have been some write ups on these specific wheels, so I need to get some new lug nuts.

Hopefully I'll have them on sooner than later. [emoji16]

Nice, yeah you'll definitely catch me at the 2019 Convention in St. Charles!

If you can get a chance, you should meet up with CCE at the Illinois Railway Museum in August. It's only 2.5 hours from Rock Island. It's about 2 hours from where I live.

My schedule says that I am working nights that day but maybe I will take a vacation day then. I am going to see if my brother is going to bring his 36 dodge to the show. He lives in Wheaton.

Well I try to go every year, but my new job is a crapshoot on when I'm available. I missed last year, so I hope to go this year.

I hear ya. I have a schedule for the whole year but I work seven days straight then I get a day or two and a half off. The biggest downside is that it is swing shift so it's nights, then days then evenings then off. If it didn't pay so good then it wouldn't be worth it.

So some new parts acquisition. Got a brand new set of the old style Clark’s Ultimate Exhaust and I also scored a new (used) gas tank. I’m currently in the process of moving, but after the new year I am going to get into this car so I can have it ready for the 2019 Convention which my club is hosting here in Chicago.
