We're touching around 3 degrees c around hear at the moment, that short walk to the garage is getting longer, got to do more guitar :guitar: practice to keep the fingers moving before they seize up altogether. :fingerscrossed: is now a physical impossibility........ :pray:

Let battle commence. I bought a pair of wheel arch repair pannels for a 1996-2003 Mercedes Sprinter van, and with a bit of tweaking they should fit ok

I am just blown away that anyone could sell a car like that and not feel guilty. I think I would be in jail about now if someone did that to me.

I also have to say that you are something else to take it all in stride and go forth and do a super job on fixing it up. You should be proud of your work.

and I though the 67 winter ride I am working on was bad,nothing compared to what you are going thru. I am down to needing tires.

Great to see someone else who isn't afraid of rust and willing to save a Corvair. :) west coasters are spoiled. ;)

it would be easier if it was just rust......its the previous repairs that are causing the problems :banghead:

Drivers rear fender almost ready for filler, NACA duct in position ready for bonding onto inside of fender
