Hi:
I just bought a 63 convertible turbo syder with the attached (I hope) vin tag. Based on what I have seen here, I think it means it was originally triple black. Right now, it has a white interior, black top and is a faded red (including the unpadded dash). If I return it to its original set-up, is the dash also black? Thanks in advance.

This is not the VIN tag. It is the body tag located in the engine compartment. The VIN tag is located in the left door jamb. An example is shown below...
