Here is a breakdown of the information on the body tag you provided...
BODY TAG INFO:

ST = "Style" 6910537 = 1969 (69) Chevrolet (1) Monza (05) 2 door Sport Coupe (37) WRN = Willow Run, Michigan Plant (no other plants these years)
TR = "Trim" 701 = Vinyl Bucket - Black (Interior Color) Interior Paint Code "A" = Black
Exterior color code to go with the above interior color Black

Lucite No. 5013L
Rinshed-Mason No. A2102
Ditzler No. DDL 2079

D = RPO C60 Air Conditioning This is a guess... not able to find 1969 code breakdown.
For further 1969 Corvair-specific info: http://www.corvair.org/chapters/69corvair/
I've never seen this type of engine serial number, and much of it is obscured by the upper shroud. Normally starts with a "T", for Tonawanda,NY, the GM engine plant. Suffix codes are usually two letters, and six codes: AC, AD, AE, AF, AG, AH.
1969
6-164 M/T.............AC
6-164 H.P.E...........AD
6-164 P/G..............AE
6-164 P/G, H.P.E....AF
6-164 SPHE...........AG
6-164 P/G, H.P.E....AH
Here is an example of a valid engine code...
T0126RD
T = Tonawanda, New York (GM Tonawanda Engine Plant)
http://media.gm.com/media/us/en/gm/comp ... wanda.html
0126 = Engine manufacturing date of January 26
RD = 110 HP Manual Transmission (Corvair 500 and Monza)

Re: 1969 Body and Engine
That makes sense. I didn't think of that. I am used to the manufacturing date code position in the upper left, and the option codes in the lower left, as shown in th 1965 examples below...
