I was wondering as to the leg room. It looks like the water pump / accessory section is actually in front of the door jam. How much room will you have for seats and your legs ?
Here are pictures with me and leg room. Am quite happy with amount of room. I like to sit high and up on the steering wheel. Plenty of leg room to move around.

We have a local guy with a crown conversion. He sits about the same as you. I'm glad you are happy with your leg room. I moved my floors forward about 10 inches ( got rid of the gas tank ) and I would still like a little more room. The engine is dressed great. good luck with the rest of the build

My vote vote is for the 350vair

Finally able to post some progress. We been working on the rear of the car. We installed all newly painted parts with new bushings & bolts. New adjustable shocks and our new disc brake components. We still need to run brake lines.

Hard to believe four months have passed since your last update! Great photos! Do you have any timetable estimates for the rest of the project? :tu:

Not much progress going on right now. Am in middle of packing for a move, still staying in AZ. Plus it's been over a 109 degrees outside.
