Thanks for the generous offer Charlie.
I would like to get some info up on the Stingers.
Do you think we should have a write up and/or just post links to sites that people have made already?

I think it would be cool to have a website dedicated to the Stinger - like Charlie's yenkostinger.com!! I would love to see a comprehensive site with all things Yenko Stinger. I would even volunteer to maintain such a site......

BTW, Charlie, when is the book coming out??

Van, I'd like to say the book will be coming out after those who promised me volumes of information actually send me that information, but I won't... As we speak, I'm shopping for a publisher and will probably be ready for release within 6 months depending on publisher requirements (I'd like to use at least a photo of the existing cars I have and many vintage racing shots, but it may be cost-prohibitive). I've been doing this for a lot of years and getting tired, but there is light at the end of the tunnel, so I'll continue the trek. Take what I've got and "git-r-done"..... Best Regards, Charlie

Charlie,

This is such a great project. I aplaud you for your gumption to even take it on. It truely has to be a work of love. It's not like you're going to sell a couple of million copies and make the NY Times best seller list!! If there is anything I can do to assist in your efforts, please feel free to call on me.

I don't have a real Stinger, as you know, but I am a real fan!

Great to have a Yenko expert onboard !

I don't know a whole lot of Yenko history other than the commonly known stuff but I do have a pretty good collection of Stinger pics.

I also got to meet Donna Mae in 2005 at the Iowa regional convention and she was a very sweet lady !

For those who may not have seen it - here is a video I put together some time back and only put it back on Youtube after Donna Mae's passing. Kinda as a tribute. It is some of my early work and the editing is kinda crude. I artificually aged some of the video. I know I got carried away a bit back then. Music is Steve Miller Band.

Hi Persh - the Yenko video is kinda crude - here's the link in case the video above didn't play for you.

You can also access all of my videos in the media section.
