Where I work we have been using these gloves for about 10 years.
Recently an employee got close enough to fire of some kind to melt them.
Yes...melted them on to the skin of the person in question.
I don't know the details of the incident only that the guy is hurt bad.
I guess the point is...use the proper gloves for the job your doing.

One of my many hats at work is the OSHA "enforcer". Not funny stuff ((at least not in the moment) perhaps sometimes if the injury is not serious)). Safety is easy and well worth the effort. It's the professional thing to do. I have seen some ugly stuff, man. Sorry if I'm getting all "serious" on you.
