Used Dual Master Cylinder kit...

Unread post by acarlson » Sat Mar 18, 2017 2:45 pm

I recently replaced the entire brake system on my '65 Corsa. Rather then rebuild the master cylinder and brake cylinders - I bought new ones. So I have a bunch of LM brake parts that I'm willing to give away. For some reason :banghead: I bought Clarks Dual Master Cylinder kit which included the brake lines.

It turned out that I didn't need the new brake fluid lines since I already had a dual master installed. I just swapped the old master out for the new one. Anyway, You pay the shipping and my old one is your's. You won't get the gasket or the boot but you will get the new brake lines shown in the picture. You should rebuild my old Master cylinder before you install it.

I also have springs, retainers, brackets, and brake cylinders - you can have those also if you want them.

One thing I'll tell you is that the conversion from a single to a dual master is not a simple install. Some serious plumbing is required to split the front and rear brake lines into separate brake systems. This is really for someone who already has their dash and front end torn apart with the gas tank removed.

PM me if interested. I'll try to get a shipping estimate so you'll know what it'll cost you.

I'm interested but can't send PM's for some reason. Let me know shipping cost to 61738 or email me at cummings@mediacombb.net

Thanks!

It could be. I sent three of them and nothing is showing in the sent folder. I see you are in illinois too. I am near the Quad cities.

Toytron was the first responder so he gets first dibs on the parts. If he only wants some of it I'll repost the offer for whatever's left.
