Supposed to be a 60 with a 61 nose ?? That is the only thing that jumps out at me.

The whole ad is written with an odd presentation style and lots of spelling errors.

"a Certified Mechanic should check out the "seals" and "void out" the "old" gasoline. He will then provide New Gasoline!"
Who talks like that?

The car doesn't start, the transmission won't engage and they replaced the "inhibitor" 10 years ago. Uhh...okay?

Is this what happens when a jeweler sells a car on eBay?

Perhaps a European or someone who has English as a second language. The "inhibitor" could be a naming error or the mechanic told them that as he ripped them off?

I looked at the ad and noticed that the rear grille appears to be correct for 1960 only with the cut out for the tailpipe.
I also noticed it does have a gas heater. Yes I realize it was an option for the 1961-1964 passenger cars but....if it had been missing, I might have been persuaded it could have been a 1961.

My guess is that it was involved in an accident at some point and was repaired using later parts either by choice or because that was what was available. :my02:

Yes. Its written terribly. The first pic is of a 61. I suppose they could have put a 61 nose on it but that defeats the purpose of owning a 60.
