Broken uni frame

Post by khull1979 »

Hello my name is kevin and I am new to this forum. I Just recently purchased a 1964 4 door manza. Two known problems are the frame is starting to buckle under the passenger side right infront of the door. Just wanted some input on what to do here anybody got any answers? The other is the brakes. the throttle sticks and it seems only the front passenger brake is working maybe needs a new master cylinder? Any tips?

First off, welcome. You will find lost of helpful adviced here.
Second, there cars are "uni-body" so no frame per-se. All the affected metal will need to be removed and replaced.
Brakes though, are pretty standard drum brakes from the era. Shoulod be pretty easy to get it to stop.
Where are you located? Maybe there is a club nearby who knows a good body person.
