The emblem on the front fender is the "500" name plate.

The emblem on the fender is the 500 insignia emblem . The emblem is stock to that year and model. Keep it up you'll get there. Nice car :tu: :tu:

Your 500 emblem was removed in the painting process. Now, if just paint, then the emblem holes would still be there, so there is either 1. welded up holes (extremely rare, as it is a lot of work for a person dedicated to clean lines only) 2. body filler because they didn't like the holes (and to use body filler the area had to be dented to hold the filler, holes alone cannot) or there was a dent (rust) there already. :td:

Time to use a magnet to see what's going on, or ignore and live without an emblem. Well, you might be able to cut the pins off and use emblem double sided tape...
