Columbus, Ohio is about 173 miles from Youngstown! Here are a few options that may be a more reasonable distance from Youngstown, Ohio...

Club Information

The Western Pennsylvania Corvair Club (aka WPCC) is based out of the greater Pittsburgh, PA region. We were officially founded in 1973 as Chapter 158 of the Corvair Society of America (CORSA). The goal of both WPCC and CORSA is to increase the enjoyment and preservation of the Chevrolet Corvair.

WPCC offers a warm, welcome atmosphere for all Corvair enthusiasts. We have a membership of around 80 individuals, couples, and/or families across an area that extends an hour or more in all directions beyond the Steel City. Our members range from young to "not as young", "casual" to "all in", and typically own 1, or oftentimes, more than 1 Corvair. Mechanical skills also vary as much as the type and condition of Corvairs our members enjoy most, so you're certain to connect with some folks whose skills, interests, and situation are similar to yours.

The Western Pennsylvania Corvair Club has been welcoming members, guests, and all Corvair enthusiasts to our events, meetings, and activities since we were first established in 1973. Be it a club-specific outing or a larger open event, if it's a local car-themed activity that let's us drive our Corvairs, chances are good one or more members of WPCC will be present.

Meetings...Bi-monthly chapter meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday of March, May, July, September, and November. Details available on our website, Facebook page, and in our newsletter. Be sure to arrive an hour or so early for dinner and/or to mingle outside in the vehicle area

Membership Invitation...WPCC membership is open to anyone with an interest in Corvairs - even if you don't currently own one. Annual chapter dues are just $12 per Individual, or just $15 per family, due every January. If you feel that WPCC is right for you and you're ready to join, download a membership form. Fill it out and mail it in with your check or money order (payable to WPCC) to our Treasurer listed below...

Welcome

"Friends of Corvair" is just that - a friendly club dedicated to fun, fellowship, and the enjoyment of the Corvair. Our nearly 100 members hail from all over north east and east central Ohio, with the Canton area as a central hub. We do things! Monthly gatherings are hosted by our various members, and can range from a simple dinner meeting to a road trip, picnic, museum tour, or any number of interesting activities. One thing's for sure....all of them include food! All age groups are represented, and families are encouraged to participate. Many of our members travel to regional and national CORSA meets to participate, compete, and show their cars. In Friends of Corvair, people are the focus; our common interest in the Corvair is the vehicle to bring us together. We welcome you as a Friend!
