66 corvair conv
66 corvair conv
does anybody know how to remove the power gear mechanism that operates the power top on a 66 corvair conv, there is one in each quarter panel,I need to get the top down and I can't do it because the power top system is not working,
Re: 66 corvair conv
Wish I could help. I avoid buying convertibles unless for a quick flip to make a buck. The few that I have owned were all manual.
It's an old thread but maybe there are a few clues here. I see mention of disabling gears to operate the top manually.
