$500 is cheap for a running car. But it all depends on what you want to do and you capabilities and/or budget.

This is what the beam pattern of my headlights (posted above) looks like against the garage door. The pattern is pretty good and I don’t get flashed by oncoming traffic.

I’m curious as to its true amperage draw myself. I have a clamp meter coming Friday. I’ll check it then and report back.
