You can use a regulator w/return and then use a locally available filter.

Re: Turbo fuel filter
The cost depends in part on how many are made. Higher production brings down costs. I can buy an oil filter for a Chevy 350 for half the price of a Briggs-style filter for my lawnmower.

Re: Rarest of the Rare
I was watching a rerun of Extreme Auto Hunters and they had a late 50's Ford Corsair. It had a pushbutton transmission and the buttons were in the center of the steering wheel!

Re: '63 Rampside Now in Alabama
After finishing scraping the undercoating, I decided to do some metal repair for a change of pace. The bottom front of the right rear quarter panel was rusted badly. Cut out the bad parts, had to replace part of the framing beneath as well. QUARTER.JPG QUARTER2.jpg QUARTER3.jpg I then moved on to th...

Re: 65 convertible top motor
Bill, if the frame action is stiff or binding, it probably needs to be lubricated. Making sure the joints are all moving freely really helps reduce the load on the motor. I'm sure Chevrolet didn't spec a motor with any extra power! LOL I used a white lithium aerosol on mine, but the top wasn't there...

Re: '63 Rampside Now in Alabama
Time to remove the undercoating! Pressure washed to remove the old mud/dirt. I tried a wire wheel on the angle grinder, it threw up so much dust I decided to heat/scrape first. The heat gun was slow to work so I used a propane torch instead. After I remove as much as I can with scraper and wire whee...

Re: 67 Monza engine difficulties.
As cnicol said, if you have a harmonic balancer, you might want to check the alignment marks to make sure it has not slipped. The rubber deteriorates over time and if it has slipped, the timing mark on the outer pulley won't be in the correct position anymore. In extreme cases, the outer pulley can ...

I was retired when I did mine last year, and I WON'T do it again! It turned out well, looks good, but it was a PITA since I knew nothing when I started.
By the way, Lowes sells stainless staples.
Good luck!
