Anyone have advice on the best way to change balljoints

Looks, like you have the right Start on porting just make sure you not to take out to much and clean it twice when done with the porting. make it smooth use a finer bit on the grinder looks a little to coarse on your test.

Nice find, One question now that is 8 where do you park all of them.

Could be Flooding, they do that sometimes that is why some guys reverse mount the Carbs.

I agree with AZDAVE I paint mine with the Hammer finish and they look great. plus it is only about $9.00

Parts both new and used are readily available.

You must have Cash Galore to waste. better off just build the Corvair engine to your Spec's and may add a 5 speed Transmission.

If you can find a 140HP drive train with what you want it should go right in the any car from 65 to 69.
