Your right, but...quadruple the cost.

My first choice a 930 would be nice also...triple the cost.

915 is strong enough for landspeed...we don't bang the clutch.

I'll have separate lube systems for 4th, 5th, and the ring gear...final drive will be 2.93.

Not that much different.

I'm going with stock 915 configuration.

Reverse rotation motor driving ring gear drive side.

Mock up body from davemotohead coming soon.

This will be entire back half job...removable body.

Drive train will roll out rather than drop out.

F/GMS: 2-3 liter/unblown gasoline modified sports car.

If you mean Fuzzy Logic they ran in the 140's on a 200+ MPH record.

You cannot flip the ring gear in a Corvair differential.

Upside Down Porsche 915 Transaxle

Bell housing is concentric...standard VW to Vair adaptor. No need to flip ring gear or reverse rotation the motor. Info from my 35 years in the P business friend Tony Gerace. TLG Auto Porsche Repair Service in North Hollywood, CA. Needs new vent and gear oil must be pumped. My final drive will be 2...
