Got the RL wheel cylinder off. GEDC0028.JPG In a pleasant surprise, the FR wheel cylinder and lines actually look OK. This whole side looks oddly newer than the other three. GEDC0029.JPG GEDC0030.JPG GEDC0032.JPG GEDC0033.JPG I'll definitely need new bushings here! GEDC0035.JPG GEDC0036.JPG I almost...

Re: How do I get at this bolt?
I just ended up unbolting the whole hub and moving it forward enough to get a ratchet on the bolts. Out of all of my 3/8" wrenches, I don't seem to have one angled right to sit flat on the bolts. After that, I did as UNSAFE advised, heated them up, sprayed them with some PB blaster, tapped them...

Re: Progress - 02/27/2011
Reverse lights now work, although why there are red lenses over them, I don't know. I don't know how common this is among Vair people but a buddy of mine did it and I like it. I've done it to both of my cars now. I swapped the reverse lights out and wired for four rear running/brake/turn lights. Al...

How do I get at this bolt?
What's the best method of attacking the rear wheel cylinder bolts? There isn't enough space to get a socket on them and if I use a wrench at that angle it will just round them off.
Thanks,
Terry

Progress - 02/27/2011
A stomach virus has forced me to take the past few days off, so I haven't been able to get as much done as I'd like, but a few things were accomplished: Finally got the other wiper arm off and removed the panel. It's dirty but I don't see much body rust under there. 68Corvair 011.jpg This bolt shear...
