You should be able to repair that with epoxy.

If it's hidden you could rivet or screw a piece of thin metal first and the seal with epoxy or caulking .

I have 225 x 15 - 50 on 7" rear wheels for my street set-up.

Bushings may be worn but door hinges are adjustable .

Loosen hinge bolts and reposition door - it may take a few attempts to get it right !
