Not really as I've not yet installed the rocker arms, this car is just a toy anyway, so all of this is being done for the fun of it. I must not have anything better to do.

I did clean and lube the valve guides up good, but I did not lap the seats. I scratched and blew out all of the corrosion that I could see. I have replaced both the headlight switch and the dimmer switch and that appears to have solved the problem. Looks like the same situation as I have been having in my jeep for years. Hope it lasts.
