Run away! You should be able to find a running and driving corvair for under 6k. then do your own improvements and modifications to your liking. That one will be sitting in your garage for years.

Dropped the gas tank. Super easy without the front suspension in. Tank looked good from the outside but the inside is toast. Tons of rust and crud inside. I agree with monzaguy,I had similar issues. you have to either pull up on the whole shaft housing or just the switch housing to meet up with the wheel. Take your time, you'll get it.

Looks great! How long does it take to print? I know 3d printing can be pretty time consuming. Tell us about your set-up. I know all the high end car restorers like Jay Leno use 3d all the time.
