Thank you very much for the info. In my attempt to get it started last night I tried to jump it from the battery to the coil. I did just what you said not to and burned my Pedtronix. First thing is to install a new one and then try to run down the cause as you explained. Thanks again. Not much time ...

ignition help

I'm signed up to go to the rod run tomorrow, here in Temecula Ca. Went out to start my vair. Started right up untill I released the key back to the on position. Shuts off. Will only run while the key is in the starter position. Need to get it fixed fast or I've wasted some money on tickets to the ru...

Thanks for the good words. I have to give all the credit to Mike Moreno though. He built it and installed it my 63. Drove it to the fan belt toss in Palm Springs. It drove like a champ. No problems at all. Loved having that extra power on the freeway, and it ran so much smoother at cruising speed. H...
